Being local isn't just a marketing line for us. It means showing up to your job site on time because we live 20 minutes away, not three hours. It means knowing which landfills take what debris, which neighborhoods require permits, and how to work around tight HOA rules in places like Coronado or La Jolla.

We carry full liability insurance on every project, and we can send you a certificate of insurance before we start. And we're happy to walk you through any permit or code questions you have.

Used them for interior demolition on a condo remodel in La Jolla. They were careful with the shared walls and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. Only reason for 4 stars is scheduling took a bit to coordinate, but the work itself was flawless
